This screen presents the Main Categories menu, offering a comprehensive and organised view of available items. Key operational features include real-time filters for Jain, Veg, and Non-Veg preferences, allowing staff to cater instantly to customer dietary needs. The display of Specials/ Combos, along with a powerful Search function, ensures fast navigation and accurate order placement, improving the overall speed and precision of service.
The Detailed Menu View screen is optimised for rapid order taking. It allows staff to scroll through specific categories (like Pasta), view product descriptions, pricing, and quickly Add items to the cart using intuitive '+' and '-' buttons. This streamlined interface, which clearly displays the running Subtotal, is designed to minimise order errors and maximise staff efficiency during high-volume periods.
The final Checkout screen consolidates the transaction, providing transparent details on the Sub Total, discounts (e.g., Membership/MLP), and tax breakdown, leading to the Total Order amount. This is where staff capture Personal Details and apply Coupon/Code. The ability to Pay Later or proceed with Pay & Close Order provides flexible payment options, culminating in a professional and accurate final bill for the customer.
